Introduction
Recently, we refreshed our landing page to better showcase what we’ve been building. But more importantly, this update is the perfect chance to introduce something we’re truly excited about — ZenCtrl — our proprietary image generation engine designed to make product visualization and creative workflows faster, easier, and more controllable.
ZenCtrl has already gained recognition as one of the leading image-to-image AI systems on Hugging Face, with thousands of downloads and users worldwide. What makes it stand out is not just the quality of output, but the level of precision and flexibility it gives you.
Today, let’s dive into three powerful features of ZenCtrl: Canny, Multi-view, and Inpaint
1. Canny
Precision Control for Backgrounds and Lighting
When creating product or marketing visuals, the smallest details matter. A photo that looks flat or out of sync with a campaign’s tone can reduce its impact. Canny gives you control over those fine details. Starting with a simple image, you can adjust lighting to reflect different moods — bright daylight for a casual summer campaign, or moody shadows for a premium launch. You can also work with transparency, isolating the product cleanly so it fits seamlessly into new backgrounds without messy edits. Importantly, Canny preserves fine elements like text or logos, ensuring that brand assets remain clear and accurate no matter how you transform the scene.

This level of flexibility is particularly powerful for marketing teams that need to adapt one product shot across multiple campaigns. Instead of re‑shooting or heavy manual retouching, they can create a variety of polished visuals directly from a single source image.
2. Multi-view
Multiple Angles from a Single Photo
E‑commerce and catalog production often demand a full set of product angles, yet acquiring them traditionally requires extensive photography sessions. Multi-view changes that by creating new perspectives from just one original photo. Imagine photographing a chair only from the front, then instantly generating side and angled views that are consistent in style and detail. In our demonstration below, we also used a wooden sideboard cabinet to generate images from the front and angled perspectives. The results look like they were shot in a studio from multiple positions, even though they came from one base image.

The strength of Multi-view is not only in reducing production costs but also in enriching the customer experience. Shoppers rely on seeing multiple angles to make purchasing decisions, and with Multi-view, you can deliver that confidence without a heavy content budget. Beyond product catalogs, this feature can even support virtual try‑on scenarios: for example, showing how a jacket looks as the model turns from left to right. This opens new possibilities for fashion, accessories, and other industries exploring immersive customer experiences. 3. Inpaint
Natural Blending into Any Background
Inpaint tackles the challenge of placing products into new environments without losing realism. Instead of manually compositing in Photoshop, you simply select a background and ZenCtrl blends the subject into it seamlessly. You can use any background you want, either by uploading your own images or generating them using your preferred text-to-image model like Flux, Google's Imagen, Ideogram, or Bytedance's Seedream. The result speaks for itself—shadows fall naturally, reflections match, and tones align so the final image looks like it was authentically captured in that scene.
For example, in the workflow shown above, a subject image of an orange armchair was combined with a background of a modern living room. By masking the placement area and generating, ZenCtrl automatically blended the chair into the space with correct lighting and proportions, producing a natural result without manual editing.

This not only saves production time but also allows teams to quickly create context‑rich visuals that resonate more strongly with customers. Imagine taking a studio photo of a chair and instantly placing it in a stylish living room setting — or putting a new beverage can on a café table without sending a crew to shoot on location. This accelerates content creation, and gives marketing teams the flexibility to adapt visuals for different campaigns, markets, and audiences. Inpaint ensures that products look authentic and professional across every context.
Together, Canny, Multi-view, and Inpaint offer a practical new level of creative control. Instead of long production cycles, teams can adjust and transform visuals more quickly, helping workflows run smoother and budgets go further. ZenCtrl makes it easier to maintain visual consistency across campaigns and platforms, supporting businesses in e‑commerce, advertising, and related fields.
